Referral and Advice Officer needed in Bedford
The rate is £11.44ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 5258552
The successful candidate will use a telephony and electronic systems, receiving all new requests and providing a responsive service for children and families.
They will be working alongside social workers and early help managers and will identify appropriate requests and record high quality information to aid decision making in relation to the customer being referred. They will also be expected to provide quality information and advice to those customers who do not meet our service priorities and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills including excellent telephone manners and the ability to draw and identify important information from conversations, with the ability to read and comprehend written materials and instructions easily.
