Are you passionate about hygiene and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a dedicated Hygiene Team Leader to manage and develop our multi-skilled team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a dynamic Hygiene team
- Ensure top-notch Food Safety, H&S, and hygiene standards
- Conduct audits, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee hygiene training and team development
- Manage inventory, PPE, and site chemicals
- Support audits, visits, and KPI tracking
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Experienced in manufacturing and team leadership
- Certified in Food Safety and Health & Safety
- Some engineering experience is a plus!

Work Schedule:

Starting Salary: £15.36 - £17.04 (after full training and development)
