Summary
Mitie Security - Drone Pilot
Mitie Security is looking for a Security Drone Pilot to take on the exciting responsibility of working with our partner. Ideal applicants will be hard working, motivated individuals, looking for a dynamic workplace that rewards their efforts. Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 48 hours a week, (overtime available and flexibility essential).
Pay rate: £20.00
Qualifications:
-SIA (SECURITY Industry Authority) Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licensed
-SIA (SECURITY Industry Authority) PSSTV Licence required
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Strong IT Skills, with knowledge of the base MS Office Suite
-Be flexible and adaptable to a changing workplace
-Experience in different drones including their maintenance and the laws around them.
-Must possess a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107).
-Good physical condition to handle the demands of outdoor work, including walking long distances if necessary.
-Visual acuity sufficient for monitoring drone feeds and analysing data effectively.
-Must pass a TSA background check as part of the FAA certification process.
Main Duties:
As a security Drone Pilot you will be responsible for the flying and maintenance of different drones to achieve and analyse the results required for the daily safety and monthly KPI report.
A full description of duties will be available at interview and full training will be given to the successful candidate.
