Berkshire Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapy Administrator to join their Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Outpatient team based atWest Berkshire Community Hospitalfor a12 monthfixed term contract. Thisisa 22.5hour a week role and the specifics of this will be discussed atinterview.





We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills who would enjoy working within a dynamic and friendly team.   The successful candidate will need to have excellent communications skills, beorganisedand flexible, beable to demonstrate their ability to work on their own as well as work in collaboration with others. They willbe responsible forthe management of patient referrals and appointments whilst creating an efficient and compassionate environment for ourpatient’s. 


The role will involve both patient facing and data inputting aspects and is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their administrative skills

• Take responsibility for digital referral management and new patient bookings 
• Liaise with necessary services to support and assistpatients as needed, such as patient transport and interpreting services.   
• Be the first point of contact for welcoming patients and visitors attending the physiotherapy outpatient department 
• Collect data and statistics to assistmanagement in guiding the service direction. 
• Work flexibly in response to the needs of the patients, serviceand physiotherapists.  
• Supporting colleagues to deliver a high quality, effective and compassionate service both virtually and in person.
