Welding Inspector / Penetrant Technician / QC Technician
The COMPANY

The ROLE
The successful Welding Inspector / Penetrant Technician / QC Technician will be required to do the following duties:
* Preparation and sign off of project Final Inspection Release Certificates
* Review Vendor manufacturing data
* Reviewing of Inspection and Test Records
* Carry out dimensional, visual, NDE and other inspections
* To provide QC support to all departments.
* To ensure that the Company QHSE Policy is adhered to, actively promoting a healthy, safe and environmentally responsible working environment.
* Reviewing of fabrication drawings and Weld Procedures
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Welding Inspector with the following background:
* Knowledge of structural steel and pipework fabrication
* CSWIP 3.1,
* PCN level II
* Knowledge of ASME
* Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU) and ISO 3834
* European Welding Engineer (desirable)
* Willing to travel as required
Salary: £50,000 - £54,000
