We currently have an exciting opportunity for Logistics Senior Front Line Manager to join our Supply Chain department in Thetford
- This posts are working either Days OR Nights
- The hours of work and shift patterns are: 0600 - 18:00 OR 18:00 - 06:00
- The rate of pay is: £17.65ph + 10% night shift allowance between 10pm - 6am
Main Responsibilities:
The Senior FLM in Logistics plays a pivotal role in leading and optimising the intake and despatch operations to meet organisational goals in efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role is responsible for supervising, training, and developing a team of operatives to achieve high performance and continuous improvement, ensuring that all processes are conducted in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements. As a Senior FLM, you will drive logistics excellence, contributing directly to the seamless flow of goods and services within the organisation and ensuring data reporting is accurate and timely.
Ideal Candidate:
- English level – pre-Advanced (verbal and written)
- Good communication skills
- SAP Knowledge (advanced)
- Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Microsoft Teams knowledge.
- Ability to adopt and evolve with business objectives
- Warehouse Management and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Experience
- Good math knowledge
- Ability to take decisions.
- Problem solving
- Racking Inspection (license will be provided by Training department)
- IOSH H&S Training
- Food Safety Level 3
- HACCP Level 3
