Our client, a large student accommodation, is seeking a Resident Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team, providing exceptional service to students. This is a permanent role for the right candidate.
Resident Advisor Job Description
• Welcome and assist students upon arrival
• Check-in new customers
• Receive and store parcels
• Deliver parcels to designated rooms
• Organise and distribute key fobs
• Conduct building walkthroughs
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
We are seeking a Resident Advisor with a proven track record in customer service from industries such as student accommodation, hotels, build to rent, or retail.
The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start and can work different shifts. You must be looking for a permanent role within student accommodation and your CV must demonstrate a clear work history for the last two years.
