An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Complex Care Assistant to join our Team in the Shrewsbury area (SY3)
DRIVER REQUIRED
Secure Healthcare Solutions is a complex care homecare provider. Working with adults and children in their own homes – we provide high quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions. We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process ensuring the safety of our care teams and the Service user at all times.
Pay Rate: £13.83- £15.17

Shifts: 20:00-08:00
We are recruiting for a complex care assistant to provide care to a service user in their own home. Our service user is a young lady in her 20’s, who lives at home with her family and requires 2:1 care.
She is looking for someone caring and enthusiastic to share her favourite activities with, these include shopping, walks in the park and joining in with pampering such as face masks.
Our service user has specifically requested for female care assistants on their team.
The successful candidate must have experience with the following:
Stoma Care
Oxygen Management
Oral Suctioning
Ambubag
Whist promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:
Assist/provide personal care
To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead
Provide nutrition and hydration support
Support with medication needs
Assist in domestic duties
Comply with all policies and procedures
To liaise with management
To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user
To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
