As the Environmental & Sustainability Coordinator you’ll be reporting into a supportive Technical Manager with 14 years of experience, you’ll be well-guided as you take on exciting challenges and evolve in your career.

You will join this Newark based company and have a passion for sustainability and a solid understanding of environmental management within the food sector. You’ll need a technical background in environmental or sustainability management (with proven ISO 14001 qualification) and a track record of managing projects that deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead sustainability programs and help to attain ISO 14001 certification.
• Manage ESG initiatives, promoting the environmental agenda to customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee key projects to improve sustainability practices across the business.
• Engage with customers and external partners on sustainability goals.
• Introduce biodiversity and community initiatives to enhance the environmental impact.

What You’ll Need:

• A background in environmental or sustainability management (ISO 14001 is a must).
• Experience in the food industry or a similar sector.
