Crynodeb
A privately owned company within the facilities management industry are looking for a General Building Services Engineer with either Electrical or AC bias to work within the Surrey region on a variety of contracts.
This is a fantastic full time, permanent opportunity to join a facilities management company, who boast a fantastic client base, with an unparalleled breadth and depth of technical expertise in the built environment.
Building Services Engineer Criteria:
- NVQ or Apprenticeship Served is desirable
- Knowledge of AC / AHUs / pumps / motors / generators /L8 awareness etc.
- Commercial Gas (Desirable but not essential)
- F-Gas (Desirable but not essential)
- Ideally have NEBOSH or similar H&S qualifications
Salary & Benefits:
- Circa £40,000 DOE (£38,000 to £44,000)
- 21 days AL plus bank holidays
- Van and Fuel card
