Summary
About You: We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing services regulated by CQC and driving high-quality governance standards. You will be passionate about delivering excellent person-centred care and committed to achieving a CQC rating of Good or above. You will have significant experience in inspiring, empowering, and developing both clinical and non-clinical teams. Ideally, you will have experience working within Learning Disability services and the drive to further develop our services in this area. You will thrive in a role that challenges you to lead change, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding care.
