Summary

Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team, supporting in route cause analysis and upgrade planning.

About You

You will possess excellent technical systems knowledge, ideally within a higher education setting, with the ability to proactively manage quickly changing priorities. You will be a problem solver, who is able to work collaboratively with your immediate team as well as a range of stakeholders across the University. You will be capable of creating gap and impact analysis documentation and to deliver systems solutions. You will work well under pressure and be able to prioritise complex and competing priorities.

Whilst the team predominantly works usual office hours, Monday to Friday, this role will be expected to be available for occasional weekend/evening work, so support with new releases into our live systems.
