What You'll Do:
• Provide high-quality support to apprentices, helping them reach their goals on time.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with employers to ensure seamless training and assessment—and secure repeat business.
• Conduct regular learning reviews with apprentices and employers at their workplace to ensure continuous progress is being made.
• Assist in on boarding new students through the interview process and induction sessions.
• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to support apprentice's overall learning and development.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in apprenticeship delivery is desirable, but we offer full training to exceptional candidates.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with both apprentices and employers.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• A commitment to providing outstanding training and support to apprentices.
