We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team to provide a high-quality service while undertaking maintenance work on tenanted and vacant properties operating across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and South Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking quality responsive/void repairs, planned maintenance and other works, providing a range of skills across various trade disciplines to tenanted or vacant properties.
- Carrying out additional works and variations and completing the associated paperwork in the prescribed manner.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Carpentry OR Plumbing
