While experience in a similar role is preferred, we value a commitment to delivering "Outstanding" care above all else.
Position Overview:
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our care services, working closely with a Nurse Manager to lead and support a team of compassionate support workers. Your leadership and dedication to excellence will ensure that we provide the highest quality care, significantly enhancing the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and clients to provide holistic, person-centered care.
• Inspire, motivate, and cultivate a highly skilled and engaged workforce, demonstrating a strong commitment to staff development and growth.
• Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to frontline staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Ensure that all care packages meet or exceed CQC standards, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Manage staff rotas effectively to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of care.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• Bring previous experience in a managerial position within the care sector.
