You will have strong customer service and communication skills and patience when dealing with non-technical end users. Previous user support experience would be an advantage in this position, as you must be able to plan and organise a variety of tasks with differing priorities You will get satisfaction from helping others and sharing knowledge with your colleagues in a supportive and friendly environment.
