The opportunity ?
We are currently looking for a friendly and talented Maintenance Person to complete our Maintenance and Facilities team at beautiful residential, nursing & dementia care home in Milton Ernest, Bedford.
Milton Ernest Hall is a beautiful Grade I listed building set in stunning grounds just on the outskirts of Bedford. The home is rated Good by the CQC and enjoys a 9.7 Review score on Carehome.co.uk – a fabulous home complete with wonderful residents and an awesome team.

The day to day?
.You will organise day-to-day maintenance projects within the home, outbuildings and surrounding grounds.
.Green-fingered you will support the maintenance of our stunning gardens.
.A strong team player you will thrive in building great relationships with residents & families and your team.
.You will ensure works and projects within the home meet standards in line with company policies and other Regulatory Bodies.
.Skilled in managing multiple tasks, you will ensure all work completed within the home is done so efficiently and in a timely manner.

Your experience ?
.Previous experience of maintenance work (both internal and external projects) and a passion for DIY – Preferred
.Garden & grounds maintenance experience – advantageous
.A natural people person, talented in building strong relationships.
.A basic understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
.A flexible approach to working and the ability to manage multiple projects.
