Summary

Membership Retention Administrator
Location: Leeds City Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £17.79 per hour
Contract Length: 3 months
We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our client Membership Retention Department on a temporary 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working within a well-established team and make an impact in member retention.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting existing members to ensure they continue their membership
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries
  • Maintaining accurate records of member interactions
  • Supporting the overall objectives of the Membership Retention team

This position offers a competitive pay rate of £17.79 per hour and requires someone who can start as soon as possible. The role will be based in Leeds City Centre and is ideal for someone who is available for a full-time, temporary assignment.
