What your typical day looks like: Lead the design, implementation, and automation of Azure cloud infrastructure Build, configure, administer, and manage the cloud technologies, systems, and components Package and deploy applications via Intune Manage and deploy GPOs and applications via Intune Manage Autopilot deployments Administer all O365 functionality, such as users, groups, static and dynamic distribution lists Timely and proactive resolution of cloud and 3rdline technical issues in support of DHU operational requirements Delivery of planned maintenance and infrastructure upgrades across the DHU digital estate. Provision of 3rdline and cloud support to Service Management team Lead identified strategic cloud-based infrastructure projects in support of DHUs wider digital strategy. Lead the investigation and resolution of identified systemic issues in response to in service events To be a successful 3rd Line Cloud Engineer, youll need: Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an IT related subject or equivalent gained through specific relevant experience Minimum certified to Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Associate Cloud Engineer Knowledge of telephony systems and applications. Good general level of education with a minimum of Mathematics and English GCSEs 3+ years of demonstrable 3rd Line Cloud Engineer experience in a similar role Experience managing the implementation of large complex cloud and hybrid enterprise solutions, including configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Azure-based production systems using the Azure portal, Cloud Shell, Azure PowerShell, CLI, and/or ARM templates. Ability to analyse and translate user requirements into potential proposals for cloud-based solutions. Right to work in the UK
