Your new company
Our client, a leading provider of fund accounting and administration services to blue-chip private equity and real estate investment companies, is seeking an ambitious finance / accounting professional who is eager to build a career within the alternative investment industry.
Your new role
An excellent opportunity to enter the world of private equity and real estate investments. You will provide depositary services to a portfolio of clients in the private equity / real estate sector. Amongst other duties, you will be responsible for:
- Client onboarding and risk assessments
- Monitoring cash flow, preparing reconciliations and undertaking substantive testing of bank accounts
- Event assessments relating to subscriptions, drawdowns, acquisitions, disposals and terminations
- Verification of client assets
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally, some accounting / audit experience within the real estate or private equity industries
- An analytical mindset
- Personable and able to communicate confidently with various stakeholders
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Willingness to pursue a professional finance / accounting qualification
