Crynodeb
Following IPC ensure all cleaning of sanitary and bathroom accommodation is undertaken, including the cleaning of the kitchen and associated areas, and equipment using appropriate detergents /chemicals Comply with food handling, hygiene, health, and safety, COSHH and all other Hospital and Health Authority Policies pertaining to the post, which they will be expected to follow. Comply with all aspects of the Environmental Health Regulations, the health boards code of practice on hygiene, food preparation and service, pest control etc. and all aspects of security and fire procedures and regulations in the catering areas. Follow instructions ensuring that the time to start the regeneration cycle for chilled food and liquids and emergency meals, which require heating by microwave, to ensure that the service of meals is suitable are carried out timely.
