Temporary Accommodation Procurement Manager needed in West London Paying £274.38 per day Ref 005238

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

Managing procurement and temporary accommodation teams to deliver well-maintained, suitable accommodations
Overseeing all forms of temporary accommodation, ensuring health and safety compliance
Developing relationships with stakeholders and property providers to meet accommodation demand
Deputising for the Property & Place Manager and other Housing Solutions managers
Direct line management of staff, ensuring service levels and support
Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving complaints
Promoting diversity, inclusion, and effective communication with stakeholders
Meeting key performance indicators for procurement and management
Managing and responding to enquiries and complaints within set timescales
Staying updated on relevant housing legislation and policies
Ensuring value for money and a commercial approach to service delivery
Preventing homelessness by providing good quality private rented accommodation
