Crynodeb
You will be required to undertake a planned and routine programme of garden maintenance and groundworks on a variety of plant & equipment following appropriate training. Undertake essential repair works and daily management defect work as instructed by the Works Officers and with a level of competence following appropriate training. Assist Craft persons with carrying out minor new installation and alteration works/recharge works. Assist with gritting of footpaths and roads during adverse weather conditions including participation in local arrangements for snow clearing and gritting outside normal hours. Undertake Service Level Agreement work for other NHS organisations and private customers in a professional manner, comply with their requirements and accurately complete all paperwork including time, materials etc.
