Advanced Clinical Practitioners Needed (ACP / ANP) Are you working at an advanced level assessing and treating all ages of patients with undifferentiated conditions in General Practice? Would you like some flexibility in your work life? Have you thought of expanding your experience in general practice? If you answered yes to these then you might enjoy the variety of work that GP OOH offers. About the Job: In GP OOH we assess and treat patients who require urgent unscheduled intervention suitable for treatment by general practice clinicians when the GP surgeries are closed. Our referrals come from either 111, via a dedicated health care professional line used by paramedics and district nursing teams or from the AED or MIU. We currently offer a telephone consultation first system to offer high quality remote patient management via telephone and video technology where appropriate, but if a patient needs a face to face review or examination then this is offered at either of our bases at George Eliot Hospital Nuneaton, Warwick General Hospital, Rugby St Cross Hospital, or Coventry Walk In Centre, as well as via home visits where appropriate.
