Summary

Abbey View is one of 17 Paragon sites across the UK. The site specialises in production of outbound and inbound document services. The site contains printing, mailing and warehousing capability for the purposes of outbound mail and postal and electronic receipt, capture, validation, and document storage for the purposes of inbound mail. In addition, Production Services, Finance, and IT functions reside on the site. Both Inbound and Outbound operations provide services for multiple customers.

JOB LOCATION

Wymondham, Abbey View Site

SALARY:

Days: £27,753.18 including 15% shift allowance

Nights: £30,528.50 including 27.5% shift allowance

HOURS:

Total = 80.5 = Average = 40.25 per week

Days: Week 1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted hours, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, working 11 hours per shift.

Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, working 11 hours per shift.

Nights: Week 1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted hours, working 7.00pm to 7.00am, working 11 hours per shift.

Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday, working 7.00pm to 7.00am, working 11 hours per shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a warehouse stock runner, your main duties would include:

Stock Picking: Accurately picking products according to order specifications and preparing them for client
Returning Stock: Accurately retuning stocks from the client to designated location as per process.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels on the floor and reporting discrepancies or low stock levels for replenishment.
Raw materials: Transportation of all materials needed for area to complete tasks/jobs
Stock Checks: Accurately counting and reporting of stock checks/ Audits passed out to be completed in a timely manner.
Communication: To always communicate with the client and keep all parties aware and up to date
Basic PC skills will also be required.
Ensure you comply with all health and safety procedures in line with our policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience of working to tight deadlines
IT Literate & competent in the use of MS Excel
OTHER

Lifting operations and physical exercises for the course of every shift is 85%
Ability to lift and manoeuvre items, such as boxes, of up to 22KG
Pc operations and exercises for the course of every shift is 15%
