We are currently recruiting for a full- time Salesforce Platform Manager on a fixed term- contract for 12 months (Maternity Cover) based in any of our Heritage Fund offices in the UK (Hybrid Working).
The primary purpose of this post is to lead on the development and maintenance of the Salesforce platform within the wider Investment Management Service (IMS) by working with stakeholders to define system requirements and customise the platform.
This role involves leadership on both big-picture strategies and day-to-day decisions, leading discussions on a key internal business delivery system. To fulfil this, the role will include direct responsibility for problem-solving, presentation, and creative thinking. In addition, it will involve communication with internal and external stakeholders at a senior and Executive level, requiring the post holder to influence decision makers at those levels.
The post holder will manage relationships with technical suppliers and lead on all contract negotiations, renewals and adherence. They will take responsibility for the security of the Salesforce platform and lead on technical decisions. They will manage resourcing for Salesforce and lead a team of Salesforce experts, including overseeing technical customer service for the IMS. They are responsible for the delivery and documentation of a technical advancement programme across the Salesforce platform.

Flexible Working
The National Lottery Heritage Fund has offices all over the UK and we champion a flexible approach to working where this supports our business needs. We have formally adopted a hybrid working approach. This means that most employees will work from their contracted Heritage Fund office twice a week at minimum. Time spent on site visits to projects or other meetings based at another Heritage Fund or external office are counted as part of those two days. The other days in the week employees may work from home.
