Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader needed in Loughborough Paying £16.70 per hr Ref OR2658
Full time hrs on a temporary basis
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Principal Officer in delivering the Management Agreement and Delivery Plan

Managing and supervising the trade workforce to meet performance targets

Delivering service improvements through the Performance Management Framework

Embedding a value for money culture and continuous improvement
-
Contributing to the out-of-hours call-out service
-
Demonstrating leadership and maintaining a customer-focused culture
-
Ensuring accountability, compliance with regulations, and effective risk management
-
Managing budgets and supporting procurement and contract management
-
Delivering excellent vacant property repairs and responsive repair services
-
Preparing reports and supporting waste management, transport, and stock management
-
Supervising and managing external contractors
-
Supporting the Principal Officer in strategic and operational initiatives
