Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting health assessments and monitoring vital signs. Administer vaccinations and injections as required. Assist in the management of chronic diseases and provide education to patients on self-care practices. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop individualised care plans. Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention strategies. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols within the practice. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Requirements Registered Nurse qualification with a valid nursing licence. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to promoting health and wellbeing.
