The Opportunity:
This role works as part of the PGR Support team in the delivery of administration for postgraduate research programmes and related activities, within the Business School’s strategic objectives of high quality research programmes and an excellent student experience.
The role supports a variety of activities across postgraduate research administration, including admissions, course administration and programme support.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both in writing and in person
An understanding and care for excellent customer service/student experience
Able to plan own activities and tasks, with well-developed organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
Resourcefulness with a proactive approach to seeking out information to ensure effective, accurate task completion
Experience working within systems, software packages and processes
