Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for the next step in your career leading works across Hertfordshire & North London while receiving earnings over £55,000+ in year one?
Our client has well over 30 years industry experience and possess numerous prestigious commercial contracts including The BAFTA Offices, Gym Shark's Flag Ship store and various other high-profile commercial sites. Additionally they are responsible for maintaining multiple high-end residential properties across Hertfordshire.
You will be required to lead a dedicated team of Engineers conducting service, maintenance and repair to a range of systems such as VRV/Fs, AHUs, single & multi splits within both commercial and residential sites across London, Hertfordshire and additional sites in surrounding areas. Key tasks will include completing compressor changes, pressure leak tests and fitting isolators. Additionally you will be tasked with conducting training, overseeing the development of Engineers and leasing with clients.
