This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Home Ownership team as a Right to Buy and Acquire Administrator as the team offers great training and career development opportunities. This role is fast paced and well suited to someone who can think on their feet and handle a changing workflow.
Whilst this a home-based role, the Administrator will occasionally be required to travel to our Worcester or Solihull offices for team meetings.
What could you be doing?
As a Right to Buy and Acquire Administrator, you will process the sale applications of Platform Housing Group stock from initial enquiry to final recommendation, including liaising with Solicitors, Legal Services and other departments as required.
The role will require you to prepare all aspects of work applicable to the sale of properties including, registration of Right to Buy/Acquire applications, checking them for completeness, accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation for manager authorisation.
You will deal with customer enquiries via letter, e-mail, phone and webchat in a prompt and professional manner with intent to satisfy their reasons for contact at first stage before referring.
Some things we need from you:
Experience of working in the Housing industry, preferably in a Sales, Home Ownership or customer focussed role.
Knowledge of up-to-date housing legislation would be preferred.
First class organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience of working closely with customers in a customer focussed environment.
Driving license and use of own vehicle will be required for travel to group offices and to undertake scheme visits.
This role will require a basic DBS check.
