Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced 360 Operator to join our team on a muckshift project in Bath. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 21-tonne 360 excavator and ensuring the efficient movement and management of materials on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 21-tonne 360 excavator safely and efficiently on muckshift tasks.
- Perform daily checks and maintenance on the machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively with site managers and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Follow health and safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding machinery or site conditions to the site supervisor.
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for operating 360 excavators.
- Previous experience operating 360 excavators, particularly in muckshift operations.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
