Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate building physics principles into design projects.
  • Perform simulations and assessments to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on sustainable building practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and project teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in building physics and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building performance analysis and simulation.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as IESVE, EnergyPlus, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certificate in building physics or a related discipline.
  • Experience with renewable energy systems and their integration into building designs.
  • Knowledge of advanced simulation techniques and tools.
