We are seeking a PT Coach who can motivate and inspire people to achieve their most desired health and wellbeing goals.

The role 

As an essential member of the Leisure World team, you will actively promote and deliver personal training services; consultations and fitness workshops delivering bespoke, engaging fitness programming with the goal to developing your client base.

Our PT Coach Model:

16.5hrs paid shift hours per week – You choose when you are available for 1:1 training sessions (on/off-shift available).
Up to £17.50 per 60-minute client session, increasing to £24.50 per session after achieving an average 20 sessions delivered per month.
PT Coach support building your client base – our members receive minimum 2 complimentary sessions.

Qualifications and skills required  

To be successful in this role, you will possess Personal Trainer – Level 3 REPs (or CIMSPA) recognised qualification or equivalent. 

Have strong customer engagement, a good communicator with a genuine passion for Health and Wellness. Strong business acumen, resilient and results driven with the ability to grow a personal training business whilst being a great team player, providing every client an outstanding user experience.
