Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a travel agency in their search for a Travel Agent to work in their busy office based in Wrexham.
For the successful Travel Agent our client is offering:
• £12.00 - £13.50 per hour
• Part Time 3 days a week: Thursday, Friday & Monday (2 Saturday per month - then off on Mondays)
• Temporary to Permanent
• Benefits: Holiday Pay, Pension, Part Time Hours
The Role of the Travel Agent :
• Responsible for assisting customers in branch to discuss advertised holidays and create new bookings
• Administer vouchers, booking information and create advertisements for visual display
• Sell holidays and recommend options to customers inline with their specification
• Offer excellent customer service during all interactions with customers in person and over the phone
What our client is looking for in a Travel Customer Service Executive :
• Previous experience as a travel agent - DESIREABLE
• Excellent worldwide geographical knowledge - ESSENTIAL
• Previous sales experience, gained from a consumer led environment - ESSENTIAL
• Ability to be flexible within 3 days per week as well as cover where required - ESSENTIAL
• Administration and service experience - ESSENTIAL
