Summary
We are looking for staff with a passion for assessing and working with people with complex and significant mental health problems. We see this as an ideal opportunity to further develop specialist skills. It is important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative as well as collaboratively with colleagues. A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and develop your practice is vital. This team provides interventions on a one-to-one basis and group formats. You will have the opportunity to participate in existing groups and you will be given training within the team for this.
