Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager on behalf of our client based in Luton, Beds.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years managerial and staff management experience in manufacturing gained in a similar role.

You will also have experience in setting up all processes within a warehouse.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 3 years management/staff management experience in a similar role
• Fork lift (reach truck) licence is ideal
• Experience in handling electrical components preferred but not essential
• Import/export experience preferred but not essential
• Flexible and adaptable team player

The Role to include:

• Supporting the warehouse team to manage specific functions such as picking/packing
• Working with team hands-on and assisting as required
• Supervising and processing all customer orders
• Maintaining stock
• Train and develop staff
• Resolve customer queries
• All other management duties as required

Hours will be 8.30 am to 5 pm working across Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shift, so flexibility is required.

Salary:£45000 pa + Excellent Benefits Package
