Job Role: Hygiene Operative
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 9:00 to 18:00
Pay: £12 per hour
Our client based in the Caistor area is looking for a Hygiene Operative to join their team. In this role you will be required to ensure the area is kept to high standard of cleanliness set out in the client’s policies.
In this role you will be required to do the following:
Ensuring the factory is cleaned to the required standards as laid down by the Companies Cleaning Instruction Cards
Cleaning all machinery ready for production start-up with the use of chemicals and jet washers
Wiping down all equipment after the full clean to ensure no residues are present
Comply fully with cleaning standards set by the department and adhere to cleaning times to ensure that production can start on time
To apply for this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Good level of communication and basic numeracy skills
The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Any experience or knowledge of COSSH is also advantageous.
This will involve working in a food factory which will require you to work in refrigerated and noisy areas at times so must be ok working in this environment.
Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9:00 to 18:00
