Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out general Teaching Assistant duties, such as helping set up the classrooms and working closely with pupils who need extra support. You will need to have the ability to adapt to work with pupils of all abilities.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, recent experience working with children in the UK within the last 2 years would be beneficial, for example, in an education setting or as a support worker. You will be supported in these roles by the school and your dedicated Hays consultant.
