The Foundation Learning department is currently looking for a dedicated and dynamic Achievement Mentor to support our students' progress in Maths and English.

As our new Achievement Mentor, you will work with small groups of up to six learners at a time, identifying their needs and helping them develop the skills and attitudes necessary for success. You will assist in setting targets and guide students in making progress towards achieving their qualifications, in collaboration with our Curriculum Teams.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our students' achievements, helping them to progress to further education, employment, and bright futures. We are looking for a learning professional who is energetic and collaborative, committed to maximising attendance and achievement.

This position is offered on a variable hours contract, primarily focusing on small group interventions for GCSE Maths.
