Care Home Support Worker
Nights £13 per hour
Diss, Norfolk
We are looking for Support Workers to work in fabulous residential care and nursing homes on a full-time, permanent contract.
As a Support Worker you will be required to:
• Work as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs residents
• Respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times
• Ensure that care services are of a consistently high standard
• Help in caring for residents
• Undertake other general day-to-day activities within the care/nursing home
For this role you must have:
• A caring and patient nature
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• The ability to work shifts on a rota basis
• Previous experience as a care/support worker is preferred, but not essential
