Crynodeb

This is a new and exciting role within Roundabout due to property portfolio growth that will enable us to accommodate and support an increasing number of young people. The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to develop maintenance and health and safety standards across the organisation and oversee all property and maintenance related provision.

You will be responsible for setting and maintaining the standards of properties in line with relevant legislation and contract requirements, to ensure that young people are provided with safe and well-maintained accommodation to enable them to go on to live independently.

You will be responsible for ensuring reporting and completion of repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently by the maintenance team while ensuring that internal systems and processes are implemented and adhered to.

You will be responsible for managing the Maintenance Service to include the line management of the maintenance team and housekeeping staff and to lead on Health and Safety across the organisation.
