Family Link Worker
Vacancy Reference: 157595
Salary: UofG Grade 5, £26,038 - £30,505 per annum.
This post is full time and fixed term for 6 months (start date February 2025).
The post holder will be an important member of the research team, led by Dr Claire Davidson-Jamieson and Professor Helen Minnis in investigating Efficient Fast Embedded Clinical Tools (EFECT) within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHS GG&C).
The post holder will support families of children referred for a neurodevelopmental assessment to use a new innovative online assessment tool to see if it can help clinicians make assessment decisions more holistically and faster.
The post holder will also support multi-disciplinary clinicians to best use the tool through skilled communication and ability to respond to requests, including linking back with families to gather additional information, as required. In addition, the post holder will share their experiences of this family link worker role with the research team as part of the planned service evaluation.
