The role

Are you an organised, pro-active individual looking to play a key role in supporting a dynamic multi-agency team? At Lincolnshire County Council, we are currently seeking a Business Support Assistant to join our small and welcoming team based in Grantham. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Child Exploitation and Missing Children Team working alongside colleagues and stakeholders within Children’s Services, Lincolnshire Police and other services, supporting them directly in their day-to-day work.

What we’re looking for

A full time, motivated team player – somebody with a positive, can-do attitude to join our small team based at Grantham Police Station. There is an opportunity for hybrid working.

Somebody who can:

Build and maintain relationships with Senior Management, Team Leaders, and multi-agency partners including colleagues at Grantham Police Station.
Provide meeting support, including minute-taking (comprehensive training will be provided).
Update systems accurately and efficiently.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
