What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dedicated, talented, and ambitious professional to join the leadership team at Parc Eglos School. Working alongside the newly appointed Headteacher and the established Assistant Head, you will play a key role in driving the school's improvement from "Requires Improvement" to "Good" and beyond. This position is non-class based and will focus on leadership responsibilities.
