Main responsibilities: Clinic Creation/Changes Management of clinics which includes clinic cancellations, reappointment of cancelled appointments and checking availability of clinic slots. Supporting the lead Patient Pathway Coordinator to monitor capacity and manage both new and follow up waiting lists. Actioning outcomes from clinics, including making follow up appointments.
