*Job Overview* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations. *Responsibilities* - Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. - Support the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to each client's needs. - Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behaviour to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. - Adhere to health and safety regulations while ensuring a clean and safe working environment. - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required. *Experience* - Previous experience in home care or a similar role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. - Familiarity with IT systems for record-keeping and communication purposes is beneficial. - Strong command of English language skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. - A valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between client locations.
