Carbon 60 is looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for it leading construction client based in Birmingham

Based in the office 3 days per week (Monday, Friday & any other chosen day), working from home 2 other days. Therefore you'll ideally be based within a commutable distance to the Birmingham office

This is a temporary placement, due to start immediately and last a minimum of 6 months

Pay rate is £13.33 to £14.36 ph


Working Hours- 08:30 to 17:00 with 1 hour lunch but flexibility is required.

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, your focus will be on end to end recruitment, sourcing a variety of roles for various projects across the business.


Applicants will need to have previous recruitment experience and extensive sourcing experience (internal) ideally in the construction sector.

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for sourcing candidates and managing the candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
  • Building strong relationships and partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Championing equality and inclusion to ensure an inclusive, fair and positive experience for all candidates
  • Proficient in actively sourcing and headhunting talent via LinkedIn and CV database searching
  • Creating and planning social media content to attract candidates.
  • Reporting on applications, conversion and time to hire.
  • Working with preferred external agency partners to support with CV submissions.
  • Undertake any initial screening required, co-ordinate and arranging interviews.
  • Managing the candidate journey and updating the internal ATS system
  • Understanding right to work legislation and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experienced in hire recruitment projects
  • Able to carry out all administrative tasks the role requires.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle
  • Create and upload engaging advertisements
  • Make verbal job offers, sending out offer letters and contracts.
  • Supporting with candidate onboarding.
  • Proficient in MS Office
