Since launching five years ago, we’ve partnered with hundreds of theatre companies, theatres, museums, galleries and attractions across the country to increase and improve their engagement directly with teachers.

Role Overview
As our School Trip Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for teachers when they sign up. Your role will be to guide them through using the site, encourage them to attend our popular teacher events, answer questions and help them book their school trips.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our community of over 10,000 teachers feels supported and engaged. Ultimately helping us expand our reach and impact in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers when they sign up to our platform, providing guidance on how to use the site.
Invite teachers to our teacher events, collate RSVPs and feedback.
Coordinate outreach campaigns to encourage bookings.
Respond to school trip enquiries from teachers, offering timely and friendly customer service.
Facilitate the booking process for school trips, ensuring a seamless experience for teachers.
Act as a liaison between teachers and our partner theatres, museums, galleries and attractions.
During school holidays and quiet periods, support the Director and Community Manager in website content management and developing strategies to engage and grow our teacher community.


Required Skills
Friendly and approachable with strong communication and customer service skills.
Eye for detail with a proactive attitude.
Comfortable with learning new tools, software and processes, regardless of your current tech experience.


Preferred Skills
Experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or box office roles within arts, culture or education sectors.
Proficiency in office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
A keen knowledge or interest in the education and/or arts & cultural sectors.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Open to developing skills in various areas such as marketing, sales, customer service and account management.


Training & Progression
We will provide the successful candidate with on-the-job training in all our specific systems and software.

We will also provide additional internal and external training on your key job areas such as sales and customer service communication.

There are then opportunities for growth and career progression within your areas of interest. This could include email marketing, digital advertising, reporting & analysis, social media, website content, design and account management.
