Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Process Improvement Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Business Development, Communications and Change Team. We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the post of Process Improvement Analyst. This is a new post, and the successful candidate will be part of a team of three Project and Business Improvement people, working to support the organisation and its subsidiary companies to assist with continuous improvement, change management and successful project delivery.

About the role

The Process Improvement Analyst will focus on partnering with teams across the business to ensure our operations are effective and efficient and deliver the best possible customer experience. Working with operational leads you will support them to continuously improve our services and processes and will seek to improve our key KPIs. You will help us document and monitor our key processes.

About you

We are looking for a people person with a lot of experience in this kind of role, and someone who will help us bring in best practice. This is a new post and so you will have the ability to shape how we implement process improvement here at Karbon. You will be a strong communicator and collaborator with solid experience of working as a Process Improvement Analyst or similar roles in service and continuous improvement, with recognised qualifications in lean six sigma, service design, process analysis or similar.

  • Process Improvement Analyst – permanent role
  • Salary is £43,785 per annum
  • Location: Based at either our Gosforth (NE12 8EG) or Stanley (DH9 7YE) office
  • This is a hybrid role with a mix of homeworking and office-based working. We expect the role will require a good amount of office-based work to facilitate workshops, collaboration, and relationship building
  • Travel across our office locations in the North will be required
  • This post is a full-time post, 37 Hours per week but we are open to applications for reduced hours/part time, no less than 4 days per week.
